Talk through your project
Open the conversation. Estimates come back as ranges, and a person from the office follows up.
Opening the assistant…
- The more you can say about the house — the age of the system, how many floors it serves, what it is doing now — the tighter the range.
- A photo of the nameplate on the outdoor unit tells us the size and roughly how old it is.
- Every figure is a range pending a site visit, and nothing here books an appointment on its own.
Automated assistant. Estimates are ranges, not quotes — a person from our office follows up.
What this is, and what it is not
The project assistant is an automated assistant that talks through your project with you. It can discuss the options for a replacement, explain what separates them, take a photo of the nameplate on your existing unit to work out what you have, and pass a service request to the office when you are ready. It answers with ranges drawn from our current equipment costs and our own installed labour figures.
What it does not do is quote. A price becomes a quote after a technician has seen the house — the ductwork, the electrical, the access and the age of what is there all move the number, and none of that can be settled in a chat window. Nothing you say to the assistant books an appointment on its own: a request goes to the office, and a person calls you to confirm. If you would rather skip the typing, the phone number is at the top of every page.
Frequently asked questions
Am I talking to a person?
No. This is an automated assistant, and it says so under the message box. A person from our office reads anything you send through it and follows up with you.
Are the prices it gives me final?
No. They are ranges based on current equipment costs and our own installed labour figures, and they are subject to a site visit. What is in your house — the ductwork, the electrical, the access — decides the final number, and a technician has to see it.
What happens to what I tell it?
If you ask for service, the assistant records a request and the office receives it. Nothing is scheduled automatically, and nobody is dispatched until we have spoken to you.
Can I just call instead?
Yes. Call the office during business hours and we will talk it through the same way. The assistant exists for the evenings and weekends when you want a number to think about before you call.
Ready when you are.
Requests go straight to our dispatch board — we'll call to confirm your appointment window.
