Rebecca was the Team Lead, and a great leader at that. Your company is lucky to have her, but I suspect that you already realize that. She leads thru example and in a respectful, quite way, willing to join her two very capable partners - Rob & Michae (sic) - in doing the heavy lifting. Oh, and the system they installed is the best I have ever seen. Rob & Rebecca, at my request, took me on a very beneficial tour of their work effort at mission completion. The most fascinating thing for me was learning how the Temp Control system worked: very unique & original. Never seen anything like it. Oh, my kudos to Dan who introduced me to the Friedrich system during our initial sales talk. Never ever heard of it, but I think I will like it.

After using the same large, Chesterfield-based HVAC contractor for 40 years, we decided to request proposals for our downstairs heat pump system replacement from two other firms, including Midlothian Mechanical (MM), to "test the market." We regret not having done this sooner because MM far surpassed the level of service we were used to, at very good pricing. The sales process with Dan M could not have gone better. He always had time for questions and got back to us immediately. Once he understood our situation, he provided a proposal options with 3 levels of equipment (Rheem) to suit our needs and budget. He was outstanding! The service techs would did the install (Rebecca and Rob) were also excellent, spending time during the install explaining the equipment, maintenance requirements, thermostat setting, etc. They were very professional and did a great job cleaning up the work site (crawlspace) once they were done. We really believe MM and the people who served us went the extra mile and treated us very well -- they even helped us get Dominion Energy rebates we were not aware of! We will be back in a few year when our upstairs heat pump needs to be replaced. We recommend that you consider MM when you have HVAC needs -- you will not be disappointed.

1/2/26 Truly impressed with Midlothian Mechanical. Called for the first time today for a second opinion/ competitive quote for a service issue. The technician, Raheem, was amazing! Very knowledgeable and thorough… a true professional. Painstakingly investigated and found what I’ll call a “misdiagnosis” from another service provider. Issues quickly resolved and back in business! Great work and much appreciated!!

6/5/26. Routine system check conducted today. Ashton was prompt and thoroughly went through our system. A few issues were identified and quickly resolved! Thanks Ashton!

Called them yesterday after hours about a problem I was having with a new system they installed last year. They responded quickly and were ready to come out and look at it. I decided it wasn't an emergency and we would schedule for the following day. They called first thing this morning and we're out here by noon. Ashton quickly figured out the problem and had us up and running in no time. Very professional and I highly recommend them and Ashton.

Been using these folks since we bought our house. The twice a year maintenance schedule has helped us extend the lives of our systems and saved us money in the long run. Ashton (our tech) explains issues in a way that makes it easy to a) understand and b) take action on. Plus he’s just a heckuva nice guy - they all are.

Rebecca, John and Bryce were extremely professional, patient, answered all our questions and were available as needed. We would highly recommend the Midlothian Mechanical team to install , service and repair any HVAC equipment! This is the second AC/ Heating system we have had installed with them. We are very happy with the follow up, quick response and professional service.

Midlothian Mechanical is the best HVAC place in town! We have tried several over the years and once we found Midlo Mechanical, we stopped looking. Raheem takes care of us like we are family, just the best you could ask for. Highly recommend!!!
